Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
How to start a return
Email hello@grindhaus.eu with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
